I was reading on HCW and saw a post that the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer SPF 55 1.0FLoz was also producing the ECB's when you bought two. The totally great part about this is that they are 1.99 ea so, spend 3.98 and get back 10.00 in ECB's. That makes this a $6.02 money maker. It is limit one offer per CVS extra care card. I found these on the end cap in the front section of the store where beauty type items are sold. They were in a clear tub/bucket. I hope everyone finds some.
